It’s inevitable. Every spring, when we compile our annual Hot List of the world’s best new hotels, restaurants, and cruise ships, our staff says, “This latest edition has to be the best yet.” Why we feel so attached when we spend a year traveling around the world, from staying overnight in a converted farmhouse in the middle of an olive grove on the outskirts of Marrakech to aboard the popular cruise line’s inaugural Antarctic voyage You can easily see what is going on. But this year’s Hot List, now in its 28th year, might just be the best yet. Certainly the most diverse hotel, featuring hotel suites that were once Winston and Churchill’s offices, as well as the world’s largest cruise ships and restaurants from Cape Town to Bali. We were surprised and inspired by this year’s winners, and we think you will be too. These are the winners of the 2024 Hot List Hotels.
