RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Ardent Craft Ales’ annual Swine & Brine event begins next Saturday.
The Swine & Brine is a culinary feast focused on oysters, charcuterie, creative side dishes and desserts, beer, cider, and sparkling wine.
This year’s Swine & Brine will be held at Ardent Craft Ales, 3200 W. Leigh St., Richmond, on Saturday, April 27th from noon to 8 p.m. This event is open to the public and free for families.

According to Ardent, the lineup of local restaurants will include:

Ardent will feature a full lineup of beers in its taproom and beer truck, as well as local ciders, Spanish sparkling wine “Cava” and non-alcoholic beverages.
Drink tickets can also be purchased with cash or card. Additional food and beverage vendors will also be located at the venue.
Oyster shells are recycled through the Virginia Oyster Shell Recycling Program, which helps restore the Chesapeake Bay by building oyster sanctuaries.
Well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome on Ardent’s patio, but pets are not allowed inside the taproom.
