Caroline Proulx, Quebec’s Minister of Tourism and Minister responsible for the Lanaudière region, along with the Eastern Townships Parliamentarians, confirmed financial support totaling more than $34.3 million for local tourism projects.

The investment includes a significant grant for a new permanent exhibit at the Sherbrooke Museum of Natural Science, aimed at fostering innovation and raising awareness about humanity’s impact on the planet.
The region’s tourism appeal is further strengthened by projects such as the development of services at the summit of Mont Prospect and the enhancement of Mont Sainte-Cecile, both of which are set to attract outdoor enthusiasts.
