LHASA, May 27 (Xinhua) — Qomolangma National Park recently entered its annual peak tourism season from May to October.
The Qomolangma Scenic Area welcomed approximately 136,000 tourists between Jan. 1 and May 20 this year. In 2023, it is expected to welcome approximately 464,000 tourists, with total admission fee revenue reaching 110 million yuan (approximately US$15.2 million).
