In addition to several new lunch menu items recently announced at Morimoto Asia, several new menu items have also been introduced at Morimoto Asia Street Food, the fast-casual restaurant at Disney Springs.
New menu items at Morimoto Asia Street Food include Teriyaki Salmon Onigiri (Japanese rice ball): teriyaki salmon, house-polished short grain rice and rice;
Taiwanese-style fried chicken “Jipai”: Chicken marinated in five-spice powder with a choice of curry spice or Beijing spice.
Korean Corn Dog: Beef hot dog, mozzarella, breadcrumbs, Sriracha ketchup, honey mustard.
Bulgogi Kimchi Ramen: Thinly sliced beef marinated in sweet soy sauce, savory duck broth, homemade kimchi, gochujang sauce, green onions, and soy-marinated egg.
Open daily from 12pm to 8pm, the street food counter’s menu features Morimoto’s signature Asian dishes, small plates and dim sum, available for takeaway or to enjoy in the adjacent covered patio seating.

Morimoto Asia also recently announced the addition of several new options to its weekday lunch menu in the main restaurant. The lunch menu will be available Monday through Friday from 11:30am to 3:30pm. The new lunch menu items include: Katsudon – Breaded pork skirt steak, dashi soy sauce, organic egg, green onion and pickled ginger served on a bed of house-made white rice. $21 Poke Bowl – Tuna, salmon and yellowtail marinated in soy sauce, sesame seeds and crispy garlic chili served on a bed of sushi rice. $24 Asian Salad – Mesclun and baby iceberg lettuce, cucumber, tomato, red onion, orange segments, apple, wonton chips and ginger dressing. $15 The complete lunch menu can be found here.
