Turkey has become a major hotspot for wedding planners and organizers from around the world, with back-to-back prestigious events RSVP and Exotic Wedding Planning Conference (EWPC) being held in Istanbul and Bodrum respectively.
From 2 to 5 April 2024, Istanbul hosted RSVP, one of the key symposiums in luxury wedding and event planning. The event brought together 200 top professionals from around the world, offering a unique opportunity to discover Istanbul’s outstanding venues. The gathering was notable for the participation of some of the most influential figures in the industry.
Following this, Bodrum hosted the 13th EWPC from April 22-24. A major event in the wedding planning sector, the conference brought together 400 professionals from 70 countries in one of Turkey’s most beloved resort towns. Discussions focused on the latest trends and innovations in wedding planning.
Turkey is known as the “favourite destination” for wedding tourism, attracting couples with its blend of Eastern traditions and Western modernity, diverse cuisine and great shopping options. Iconic locations such as Istanbul, Bodrum, Antalya, Cappadocia, Gocek, Marmaris, Cesme and Fethiye are popular spots for luxury weddings, offering a wealth of sophisticated options from accommodation to food, managed by skilled professionals.
