Recently, a promotional event for Huangshan High-End Business MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) Base (Shanghai) was held in the Shanghai Global Harbor Huangshan Reception Room of Shanghai Yuexing Group.
Themed “Misty Huangshan, a Place of Rest for the Soul”, the event showcased the first batch of high-end business MICE bases in Huangshan through three chapters: leisure, wellness and vacation. At the event, promoters shared the excellent entrepreneurial environment, resource endowments and tourism experience of Huangshan region based on their personal experiences.
Chen Zhen, vice president of Shanghai Yuexing Group, has recommended the region through his involvement in the Huangshan Yunshui River MICE base project: “The opening of the super-circular high-speed railway linking the Yangtze River Delta has made it more convenient to access the Huangshan region from the Yangtze River Delta. We look forward to working with you to create international conference forums, events and high-quality leisure and vacation tourism products, share the vast source market of the Yangtze River Delta, and contribute to the development of Huangshan as a world-class leisure, vacation and wellness tourism destination.”
Huangshan is a land blessed with beautiful mountains and water, a place to experience Chinese culture, a treasure trove of entrepreneurship and investment, and an ideal destination for MICE tourism. Shanghai and Anhui are connected by mountains and water and share cultural ties. Shanghai is the main source market for Huangshan MICE tourism. The event was the first stop in a series of promotional activities for Huangshan’s high-end business and MICE tourism base, not only vividly showcased the unique resources of Huangshan’s high-end business and incentive travel, but also established a new platform for the cooperation and development of the MICE tourism industry between the two regions.
Looking ahead, Anhui Province will seize the golden period of summer tourism, continue a series of promotional activities in important sending markets such as the Yangtze River Delta, and invite tourists to Anhui Province, especially the Dahuangshan region, to come for leisure holidays and health retreats and experience the unique charm of Anhui Province’s culture and scenery.
