Tourism NT has appointed CHEP Network as its marketing technology services partner following a rigorous tender process.
This three-year partnership will support one of the Territory’s most important sectors by enabling more personalised, experiential and data-driven digital marketing programs.
CHEP Network provides strategic management of marketing technology encompassing services such as behavioral analytics, personalization, experimentation, consent management, marketing automation, first-party data storage, and activating and fostering data partnerships.
Tourism NT Director of Digital and Data Christy Beattie praised CHEP Network for their balanced assessment of the organisation’s technology, capability and operational needs, as well as their deep understanding of the Northern Territory region, saying: “This is a hugely important partnership for us and one we’ve been extremely careful to get right.
“We were impressed with CHEP Network’s deep expertise in data-driven marketing, their understanding of our business and the challenges we face, and the team’s obvious passion and determination to implement the best solutions that will deliver the best return on investment for Tourism NT.
“Our goal is to leverage the power of first-party data to improve brand experience and media performance. We’re excited to embark on this journey with the CHEP Network and our broad range of partners and agencies.”
Mark Gretton, Chief Technology Officer at CHEP Network, highlighted the agency’s commitment to strengthening Tourism NT’s capacity and supporting wider skills development for Top End and Indigenous people, saying: “Building local skills with effective technology solutions that are easy to implement and highly effective has been at the heart of our strategy.
“The Northern Territory is blessed with Indigenous traditions, cultural richness and natural beauty. It’s a privilege to support the team as they promote these assets around the world. I look forward to announcing new initiatives with Tourism NT in the coming months.”
