Spain-based NH Hotel Group will be renamed Minor Hotels Europe & Americas, while the NH Hotels and NH Collection brands will retain their current names.
NH Hotel Group, which has been part of Minor Hotels since 2018, is focusing on global growth, with Minor opening approximately 50 new lodging properties in Europe, and the name change is in line with its parent company. We will strengthen integration.”
Headquartered in Bangkok, Minor Hotels currently operates eight global brands: Anantara, Avani, Elewana Collection, NH Hotels, NH Collection, nhow, Oaks Hotels and Tivoli.

Since becoming part of Minor Hotels, the NH brand has expanded into new markets in Asia, the Middle East and the Indian Ocean, while Minor’s Anantara, Avani and Tivoli brands have opened properties in Europe and the Americas.
The renamed Minor Hotels Europe & Americas plans to add properties across all market segments, including a goal of opening more than 50 new hotels in Europe by the end of 2026.
