Feasibility study for sports tourism facilities

All statements of eligibility must be received by the City of Cleveland by May 22, 2024 at 4:00 PM EST. The RFQ shall indicate the scope of services to be completed by the subconsultant.

evaluation
Credentials submitted by the deadline will be reviewed and evaluated based on the following criteria (relative weight):
• Company qualifications and capabilities. Provide a company profile and business history. (35%)
• Staff experience in the type of service required. List your recent experience with similar projects and include the name, address, and phone number of the primary contact. (35%)
• The Company’s ability to perform the desired services within an acceptable time frame. Discuss the availability of key personnel and past performance. List other major projects and staff responsibilities that may be running at the same time. (30%)
The Consultant Evaluation Committee may conduct interviews based on the scoring as Phase II of the evaluation, if necessary. However, the City of Cleveland reserves the right to base selections solely on representations of qualifications received.
The selected companies will be required to negotiate a fair/reasonable fee and enter into a formal contract. If negotiations are unsuccessful, the selection committee will negotiate with the next eligible company until a satisfactory agreement is reached.
All documents submitted to the City of Cleveland in response to a qualification request are considered public records and are available for inspection by any Tennessee citizen.
