Millennium Hotels and Resorts MEA has signed an agreement with the Department of Tourism and Antiquities at Umm Al Quwain to exchange knowledge and expertise and create future tourism opportunities in the emirate.The agreement was concluded and signed by Fahad Abdulrahim Kazim, CEO of Millennium Hotels and Resorts MEA and Lakhraim Group, and H.E. Haitham Sultan Al Ali, Director-General of the Department of Tourism and Antiquities at Umm Al Quwain, who signed on behalf of the Department of Tourism and Antiquities.

Sheikh Majid bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, Chairman of UAQ DT, highlighted the importance of the agreement and its potential to boost the exchange of knowledge and expertise in the tourism, hospitality and entertainment sectors. The cooperation is expected to contribute significantly to the development of tourism services in the emirate and ultimately boost economic growth.

Commenting on the partnership, Fahad Abdulrahim Kazim, CEO, Millennium Hotels and Resorts MEA and Lakraim Group, said: “We are delighted to announce this exciting partnership with the Government of Umm Al Quwain. As we further expand our presence and deepen our relationships across the UAE, we are pleased to deepen our understanding with the Department of Tourism and Antiquities. We look forward to working together to promote Umm Al Quwain as a tourist destination both locally and internationally, in line with its rich cultural heritage.”
