Minor Hotels unifies brand identity and rebrands NH Hotel Group to Minor Hotels Europe & Americas

Minor Hotels has taken a decisive step towards strengthening its global presence by rebranding the NH Hotel Group to Minor Hotels Europe & America. This strategic move was approved at the NH Hotel Group General Meeting last Friday, underscoring a unified corporate identity across continents.

Dilip Rajakarie, Group CEO of Minor International and CEO of Minor Hotels, emphasized the importance of this rebranding: This new unified identity will strengthen our ability to explore new business opportunities and achieve our ambitious growth targets in the coming years. ”

Since Minor Hotels acquired NH Hotel Group in 2018, this partnership brings together a diverse portfolio of eight brands, including Anantara Hotels, Resorts & Spas and NH Collection Hotels & Resorts, and expands into new global markets. I did. The partnership brings NH’s trademarked brand to Asia, the Middle East and the Indian Ocean, while increasing Minor Hotel’s presence in the luxury hotel sector in Europe and the Americas.

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas currently manages over 350 properties in 30 countries across two designated regions. The rebranding is expected to strengthen operations and foster deeper connections with industry experts, customers, shareholders and others.

Looking to the future, Minor Hotels Europe & Americas plans to aggressively expand its portfolio, with a particular focus on luxury and luxury brands. The company is aiming for significant growth in Europe and the Americas, including more than 50 new facilities in Europe and the Americas, with plans to add 200 properties worldwide by the end of 2026. The NH Hotel Group dates back to 1978 with the opening of the NH Ciudad de Pamplona Hotel in Spain and has grown to become one of Europe’s leading hotel chains. Following the integration into Minor Hotels, the Group continues to strengthen and expand its global footprint.
