Fast travel in Dead Island 2 is extremely useful as it allows you to further open up 10 different zones within Hell-A. This allows you to quickly switch to another area without having to struggle on foot. However, in Dead Island 2, it is not available from the beginning, and you cannot move to adjacent zones without passing through the gateway that connects them.

As you explore, you’ll unlock many side quests and lost and found quests that involve traveling back and forth between destinations and often having to recombine locks in different areas of Dead Island 2. Collect stacks of keys. So, with the fast travel system, everything becomes much easier. Other Dead Island 2 guides

To unlock fast travel in Dead Island 2, you need to complete The Red Mist quest in the main campaign. It will take you to Venice Beach where you will meet the blue crab boys and find a new safe home. At this point, you will receive a notification that the fast travel map has been unlocked, and a sign icon will appear on the map to indicate where you can fast travel. They look like this:

Although you can access the map at any time, fast travel in Dead Island 2 can only be used by physically interacting with one of the fast travel maps found around the world. You can use these to travel between locations on different maps, but you must first find and unlock individual fast travel maps in each area. However, we will initially provide you with a few things to get you started.

Beverly Hills – Roxanne’s House Halperin Hotel – Janitor Room Bel Air – Emma’s House Monarch Studios – Green Screen Hollywood Boulevard – Re-Aging Clinic The Metro – Utility Storage The Pier – Lifeguard Headquarters Venice Beach – Blue Club Grill Venice Beach – The Tower Ocean Avenue – Selling Hotel Brentwood Sewer – Maintenance Room Brentwood Sewer – Near ZFZ Patton

Note that while Venice Beach and Brentwood Sewers both have two fast travel maps to unlock, all other zones only have one each.
